What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with consumer regulations.

How to start a return

Exchanges
We currently process exchanges by return and repurchase once your return is approved.

Refunds
